ByakoBandit and the Two Tone--

...Twins. Byako Bandit usually works with the Two-Tone Baron, but he's on...vacation...so he'll have to put up with these two.

Who exactly is this joker, anyway? Well... The Byako Bandit is a Robin Hood-type character who steals from the rich and gives to the poor. He unofficially leads Byako's main offense against white collar crime. The Police have their hands full trying to catch him, but the City Watch doesn't seem to mind... When he's not off thieving, he runs a soda stand in the Marketplace and scouts for potential targets.

Yes, he's Mack and Sam's mascot for round 7 of 's tournament. Why? You'll find out in the next round.

This looks so ridiculous, but it could've been worse.
