Poor Andy... Or is it poor Drake? I came up with this idea when I was playing Advance Wars and saw Drake's profile for the first time. "Naval units have top firepower." After reading that, I had a mental image of ships and subs flying out of Drake's bellybutton. This time it's a single battleship. Thanks Nell!
This was going to be a 1-panel comic, but I decided to turn it into a 4-koma. I think it works out much better this way, though a short Flash animation of it would be nice... Hmm...
Anyway, this was sketched on paper and colored in Photoshop. The jeep in the first panel is actually a Recon unit sprite that I edited. Originally Andy was going to be driving it, but he probably would have crashed while imagining the Naval Attack...
If I had time, I would be doing a sort of "Hahahahahahahahaa..." thing, but I don't have the time to do the copy and pasting.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
