Not finished, but I had to get the mental image outta my head.
After watching the Blues Brothers again, this picture suddenly popped up. Yes, it's inspired by the infamous ending. Yes, Elwood's pose looks off. No idea if I'll ever come back to finish this, but I want it to look like a movie poster of sorts. That whole mob will be in the background chasing after them (too lazy to draw them in now without a reference). Oh, and I hate drawing shoes.
Because you asked, Jake has had suspenders on before. :O But most people don't know that. It's not like a "requirement" because they're not consistently there.
Anyway, you are right about Elwood's pose; it's quite off. @3@;; But to give a little constructive criticism, I'll just say their expressions aren't "cool" enough. You gotta remember these aren't sensitive teenage anime boys. They've always got their "cool." Especially Elwood.
I would have to say I think you drew Jake quite nicely, despite his expression.
Ah, you're right. They do keep their cool even while being chased by 80+ police cars, SWAT, the MP, firefighters, tanks, helicopters, Illinois Nazis, and whoever else I forgot about. XD I'll fix it in the next version.
Yay, thanks! I could've sworn that I saw him with that expression before, though... Ah well.
It's still a lot better than the first picture I did. [link]
