Whoaaaa, went to GDC for the first time yesterday! Couldn't get into the interesting panels with the student pass, but wandered around the expo floor and the career center. Got some information for potential jobs and met so many great people--you know who you are! Damn, the Name That Chiptune part of the Wheel of Whimsy was tough. Won at Videogame Bingo, though!

久しぶりだね I'm still here! Really! I just haven't been around much because of school work and final projects. Yay for winter break! ...but I'll probably spend most of that time using my shiny new PS3. Yay, winter break! Yay, Christmas! Yay, birthday! Wait, scratch that last one. Only twenty-five and I feel so old. (Heck, I couldn't even remember how old I was for the longest time.) Anyway, been slacking off during winter break. Instead of touching up the final project I did for animation, I'm dabbling in sewing, of all things. Guess we'll see how that goes. I'm still alive. ...not that there was any doubting that. Going back to school to get a degree in animation, so hopefully I'll get more inspiration along the way. Meanwhile, I'm slowly getting back into the art thing, though I've downgraded back to fanart... But it's La-Mulana, so who cares? Finally got further in the game--beat Viy and now I'm falling for traps in the Chamber of Birth. It is a miserable place. For those who care, I have Twitter and Tumblr accounts.
